Homestead Product Warranty Terms
Every Homestead Amp is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the amplifier to the original owner. User modifications, abuse, and accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear will void this warranty, so please take care of your amp, and your amp will take care of you. Certain parts that have normal lifespans such as tubes and speakers are not covered, and we honor the Mercury Magnetics warranty.
All Sales are Final
Each amp that comes out of our shop is custom built to order and are not returnable. The warranty is non-transferable – it is void once sold from original owner. Homestead is not responsible for damages occurred in shipping.
In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service it must be delivered post paid with warranty number, the owner’s name and address, proof of purchase and description of difficulties encountered, with a check for shipping and handling in the continental U.S. (cost subject to change). Overseas shipping to be determined.
The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor). Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured the original purchaser only, provided the equipment has not been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, water, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual operations.
This Limited Warranty is Not Transferable
Homestead reserves the right to terminate warranty contracts if invoices are not paid according to terms and not valid until after receipt of payment. Parts pending availability from manufacturer. This limited warranty applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover accessories, other expenses, or consequential damages. Retain this portion of your contract, it is your proof of ownership. You will be required to present it for service.
We will do everything we can to repair your products as soon as possible. We know what it’s like to be without your favorite piece of gear and want to help.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs and insurance associated with repair, to and from.
- Loss and/or theft of the product
- Loss of use, loss of business, loss of profits, down-time and charges for time and effort
- Any failures, or parts and/or labor cost incurred as a result of a manufacturer’s recall
- Damage covered under any insurance policy, or any other warranty or service plan
